Online Back-up

Guaranteed malware protection
If a device becomes infected with malware while service is active, we will remove it at no cost and provide a refund of amount paid for current period.
$100/year or $10/month per device.
Break/Fix Rates
If none of the above options are selected, the standard hourly service rate will be:
$125/hour for remote service with ½ hour minimum.
$180/hour for onsite service with 1 hour minimum.
Local image backup
This service will provide a much quicker option to restore your computer to operational condition due to a catastrophic event. The image backup will restore your system to the condition it was in at the time of the last backup. There will be no requirement to reinstall the operating system, programs or data. This is an ideal solution to minimize downtime for each workstation.
$150 setup fee per computer (includes external hard drive)
$100 setup fee per computer for managed service customers (includes hard drive)
Travel Charge
There is an additional $50 charge for travel outside of Baton Rouge city limits to Baker, Zachary, Port Allen, Brusly, Gonzales, Walker, Denham Springs and Watson areas. The charge will be reduced to $25 if any of the service options are selected.
Travel beyond these areas will incur door to door charges at the hourly rate for plan selected.
These travel charges apply to any option chosen.
