We can scan and remove infections at your location. However, if the infections are very bad, we would recommend that we bring the equipment to our shop and wipe the system and reinstall Windows. We can also back up data prior to wiping the system.

One key area of strength at Flextech is the ability to resolve problems with software issues even if we have never been exposed to the software before. Our extensive experience in the field has enabled us to resolve any issue we come across whether it is something you are very familiar with or if it is a software program that we have never seen before. ​
We can fix any hardware problem you may have, but it's usually only practical to repair minor problems. We first have to diagnose the problem and if it is a major problem or intermittent problem it may not warrant the time we would need to be onsite to diagnose it properly. However, fans, power supplies, CD-ROM/DVD drives, memory, keyboards, mice, monitors are all replaceable in the field.

No one can be expert at every problem you may encounter and no one can instantly diagnose and resolve every problem, but we have close to a 100% success rate and we only charge you if it is fixed to your satisfaction. ​
